What are the requirements?
To be a beneficiary of the program's aid, the following requirements must be met:
· Be of legal age.
· Be up to date with your tax obligations.
· Be registered as a resident in a municipality of the Valencian Community.
· Be registered in the Program within the period established in article 1.3 of the Decree.
· Formalize a reservation for tourism services that are subject to a subsidy within a period of 10 business days from the day following the electronic notification of the program's Promotional Code.
How do I get my voucher?
1. Request an appointment for registration (does not require an electronic signature):
Access the online procedure: appointment for registration in the 2023 Valencian Community Travel Voucher Program.
2. Complete the registration (requires an electronic certificate, electronic signature, and a valid residency registration certificate):

Fill out the program registration request form.
Complete a responsible declaration ensuring you meet the requirements.
Even if you travel with more people, it is only necessary to request one voucher, as it applies to the trip reservation, not to the travelers.
When can I spend the voucher?
Once you have requested your voucher, you will receive a code that expires in 10 days, which you must redeem when making the reservation.
You can travel on the dates you wish between January 16 and May 31, 2023, and between September 18 and December 22, 2023.
IMPORTANT: only one request can be made per person and period.
The reservation must include a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights at the same tourist accommodation.
What other services can I add?
· Board, maximum half board regime.
· Health and wellness treatments and massages.
· Parking.
What is the amount of the aid?
60% and up to a maximum of €600 for stays of 2 or more nights.
Can I book other services?
Yes, but these will not be subsidizable.
How do I make the reservation?

· The Voucher with the Code you received when registering.
· The dates on which you would like to enjoy your stay.

During the booking process, in "booking comments" indicate: BONO VIAJE + Code Number that you received when registering. We will contact you to complete the rest of the process. Your Voucher will be confirmed once the Validated Voucher is received from the GVA.
How much do I have to pay at the hotel?
Upon arrival at the Hotel, you must pay the remaining amount of your total invoice by credit card in the name of the Travel Voucher holder.
In the event that the Travel Voucher holder does not have a credit card in their name, they must pay the amount with a credit card belonging to an account in which they are a joint account holder. Said joint holder must present a Bank Certificate that proves it.
It is essential to present the printed Travel Voucher upon arrival at the hotel.
What if I cancel?
The Voucher does not include Cancellation or No-Show fees. These expenses are governed by the Hotel's Cancellation Policy and must be paid by the final customer.
Cancellation or no-show implies the loss of the Travel Voucher.
Can I modify my reservation?
The modifications that occur in the provision of the accommodation service or in the rest of those included in the reservation, which will always mean maintaining the amount of aid or a reduction - decrease in aid in the justification, will be reflected directly in the justification of the aid.

The 2023 Valencian Community Travel Voucher Program is governed by Decree 198/2021, of December 10, of the Consell, by which the regulatory bases and the direct granting procedure of the aid are approved. You can consult it here.
GVA reserves the right to validate the granting of aid with a minimum period of 5 days before the day of arrival. If on the day of arrival, GVA has not granted the aid, the client must pay the total of the reservation. If the client with a bonus of €600 or -60% of their reservation for 2 or more nights decides to shorten the stay, the bonus loses effect and the voucher is annulled, so the client must pay the total of the reservation. It is not possible to shorten the already subsidized stay.
