1. General terms and conditions

Access to and use of the Dynastic Resort website shall be subject to these general terms and conditions. Use of any websites owned by Dynastic Resort implies full acceptance by the User of all General Conditions of Use in force at the time the user accesses the same.

Dynastic Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.

2. Use of the website, services and content

The user undertakes to make proper use of this page, its services and content, without contravening fundamental rights, current legislation, good faith, generally accepted customs, public order, and the specific conditions of certain services. Any use for illicit purposes or that violates the rights of Dynastic Resort and its owners or a third party, or that in any way harms the normal operation of the page or any computer equipment or documents of any kind contained therein is prohibited. Regarding the content (information, text, graphics, sound and/or image files, photographs, designs, etc...) it is especially prohibited:

• Its reproduction, distribution or modification or any other form of public communication, unless authorization is obtained from its legitimate owners or it is legally permitted;
• Removing or modifying the copyright and other identifying data of the reservation of rights of Dynastic Resort or its owners, digital fingerprints or any other technical means for their recognition;
• Attempting to obtain the contents of the website by any means other than those available to users or those customary on the network, provided that the latter do not cause any harm to the Dynastic Resort website;
• Sending messages or chains of electronic messages not requested or consented to by their recipients. Users or third parties harmed by the receipt of unsolicited messages may notify Dynastic Resort by sending a message to the following email address: reservas@dynasticresorts.com
• Likewise, it is prohibited to use distribution lists as well as to make available to third parties data collected from them, to carry out the activities indicated above. Regarding the site, the user undertakes, in particular, not to transmit or disseminate third-party information, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software and in general any material that:

• Induces or promotes criminal, denigrating, defamatory, violent or, in general, actions contrary to the law, morality and generally accepted customs, or public order; or allows access to criminal, violent, offensive, harmful, degrading products, elements, messages and/or services or, in general, contrary to the law, morality and generally accepted customs, or public order;
• Is false, ambiguous, inaccurate, exaggerated or extemporaneous, which may lead to deception regarding its object or the intentions of the communicator;
• Being intellectual or industrial property of third parties, is intended to be used without their prior authorization;
• Violates the trade secrets of third parties or infringes regulations on the secrecy of communications;
• In any way undermines the reputation of Dynastic Resort or third parties, or constitutes, where appropriate, illicit, misleading or unfair advertising, and in general unfair competition; Dynastic Resort or third parties, or that may damage the electronic documents and files stored in said equipment;
• Contains HTML tags other than those expressly authorized by Dynastic Resort

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content on the Dynastic Resort websites is subject to regulations on Intellectual and/or Industrial Property. The rights to the content belong to Dynastic Resort or third parties as the case may be. The user may only view and obtain a private copy of the content provided that said copy is exclusively for their personal and private use, and its use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of liability

Dynastic Resort will not be responsible for the information, services and/or products offered and/or provided by third parties through the Dynastic Resort website, nor for the content provided by third parties. Dynastic Resort does not guarantee the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness or accuracy of the information or services contained on its website, nor will it be responsible for direct or indirect damages in relation to the use of the content of its website. Dynastic Resort does not guarantee that the content of its site is suitable or available outside of Spain. In the event that all or part of the contents of the Dynastic Resort website are considered illegal in countries other than Spain, access to them and their use by users is prohibited, and in the event that this occurs, it will be exclusively at the responsibility of the users, who will be obliged to comply with the applicable national laws. The use that may be made of the information and content that appears on the Dynastic Resort website and/or access to other third-party websites through connections or "links" that appear on the Dynastic Resort page will be carried out under the exclusive responsibility of those who carry out this type of act, and Dynastic Resort will not be responsible in any case for the damages or losses that may arise from said uses or activities.
